1: Only residents can make bookings for guests by contacting the Facilities Coordinator: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure messages include resident’s name, unit number and telephone number. Guest Suite Reservation Information form must be completed prior to confirmation of booking. Under normal circumstances you will always receive a response to messages within 24 hours.
2: Payment can be made via e-transfer (to the Facilities Coordinator email) cash or cheque (payable to KAS 3521) and deposited in the Strata Council mailbox in the foyer.
3: Booking will be confirmed when payment is received in full,. Rate for the guest suite is $35 per night plus one of $25 cleaning. Rate for the Clubhouse is $75 ($25 half day) per day plus $100 refundable deposit.
4: Receipt for all transactions will be given showing door access code for Guest Suite.
5: Residents must provide bed linen and towels for their guests. Additional information on Guest Suite Reservation Form. Check in of the Guest Suite is from 3pm day of booking and check out by 10am on day of departure.
6: Residents booking the Guest Suite or Clubhouse will be responsible for any Bylaw infringements or damage to property incurred by their guests.
