1: Only residents can make bookings for guests by emailing the Facilities Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org
Completed 'Guest Suite Reservation Information form' (found in 'Forms' drop down menu) and payment must be received by Facilities Coordinator to confirm booking.
2: Payment can be made via e-transfer to the Facilities Coordinator email, cash or cheque (payable to KAS 3521) and deposited in the Strata Council mailbox in the foyer.
3: Rate for the guest suite is $35 per night plus one of $35 cleaning. .
4: Receipt for all transactions will be supplied showing door access code for Guest Suite.
5: Due to Covid protocols additional information regarding guest suite amenities can be found on the Guest Suite Reservation Form. Guest Suite check in is from 4pm day of booking and check out by 10am on day of departure.
6: Residents booking the Guest Suite or Clubhouse will be responsible for any Bylaw infringements or damage to property incurred by their guests.
