GUEST SUITE BOOKING PROCEDURES
Only residents can make bookings for guests, by emailing the Facilities Coordinator at [email protected]
Completed 'Guest Suite Reservation Form' and payment must be received by Facilities Coordinator to confirm booking.   
  • ​​The guest suite is equipped with queen bed, wifi, TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and a full private washroom
  • The host or guest provides their own bed linens, pillows, towels and kitchenware.
  • Payment can be made via e-transfer to the Facilities Coordinator email or cheque (payable to KAS3521) and deposited in the Facilities Coordinator mailbox in the foyer. *No cash in mailbox, please arrange cash payment in person*
  • Rate for the guest suite is $40 per night plus a $35 cleaning fee.
  • A unique door access code will be provided at time of booking. Instructions for un/locking the door are provided in the booking form.
  • Self-check in is 4pm onward and departure by 10am.
  • Residents will be responsible for any Bylaw infringements or damage to property incurred by their guests.
